Recovery-centered care for complex relationships with food, body, and health.

Grounded support rooted in compassion, clinical experience, and sustainable healing.

Our Approach

At Perfectly Imperfect, we believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to be consistent, and respected enough to move at their own pace. Our work integrates eating disorder-aware recovery coaching, nutritional therapy, and nervous-system-informed care. We focus on nourishment, compassionate structure, and whole-person wellbeing, not control, compliance, or quick fixes. Whether you’re navigating eating disorder recovery, gut health concerns, or a long history of feeling at odds with your body, our approach is designed to meet you where you are and support meaningful, lasting change.

What Guides Our Work.

We work from the understanding that eating disorders and chronic health struggles are not failures of willpower, they are often adaptive responses to stress, trauma, and unmet needs. Our role is not to push or police, but to offer steady guidance, education, and support as you rebuild trust with your body and yourself. We prioritize collaboration, consent, and clarity, and we hold recovery as a process, not a performance.

Support That Meets You Where You Are

We currently offer the majority of our services remotely, allowing us to support clients wherever they are located. Remote care provides consistency, flexibility, and access to support without the added stress of travel or disruption to daily life. Limited in-person sessions may be available depending on location and program, but our primary focus is delivering thoughtful, high-quality care through secure virtual sessions.
