We currently offer three ways to work with us:
A 3-Month Eating Disorder Recovery Program for medically stable clients seeking structured, high-touch recovery support
A 6-Month Gut Healing Program focused on root-cause healing using functional testing and individualized protocols
A Monthly Support Membership for clients who have completed either of the other two programs and want continual support.
Each offering is designed to meet clients at different stages, while remaining recovery-aligned and whole-person focused.

You can begin by filling out the inquiry form on our website. We review every submission personally and will reach out to discuss next steps, answer questions, and ensure the program you’re interested in is the right fit.

We are master’s-prepared nurses and Nutritional Therapy Practitioners with direct experience in inpatient eating disorder care, psychiatric mental health, hospice nursing, and functional nutrition.
Our work is:
Clinically informed, not influencer-led
Recovery-aligned, not weight-focused or diet-driven
High-touch and personalized, not one-size-fits-all
We prioritize safety, sustainability, and long-term healing over quick fixes.
-
Yes. For our Eating Disorder Recovery Coaching Program, clients must be medically stable and appropriate for outpatient-level care. We do not replace medical providers or higher levels of treatment.
If someone needs a different level of support, we will help guide them toward appropriate resources.
-
Clients often describe working with us as structured, supportive, and deeply human.
Depending on the program, support may include:
Regular 1:1 sessions
Ongoing messaging support
Educational modules and worksheets
Personalized guidance and accountability
We meet clients where they are, acknowledging what’s hard, reinforcing what’s working, and moving forward together.
-
Our programs are offered as structured packages, not hourly or drop-inservice. This allows us to provide consistent, high-quality support and continuity of care.
Investment ranges are shared during the inquiry process to ensure transparency and fit before moving forward.
-
Yes, when appropriate. We value collaborative care and are happy to work alongside therapists, dietitians, primary care providers, or other members of a client’s care team when consent is provided.
Our role is supportive and complementary, not a replacement for clinical treatment.
-
Our programs are not explicitly faith-based. However, we respect and honor the role faith and spirituality may play in a client’s healing journey.
When relevant and desired by the client, we are comfortable incorporating faith-aligned language, values, or reflection, always guided by individual preference.
-
We do not accept insurance at this time. Our services are offered as private-pay programs.
This model allows us to provide longer sessions, personalized support, and continuity of care without the limitations imposed by insurance-based structures.
-
All clients use Practice Better, our HIPAA-compliant portal for:
Secure messaging
Session scheduling
Resource and worksheet access
Program materials and protocols
This allows for organized, private, and streamlined communication across all programs.
-
The best way to reach us is through the contact form on our website. We review all inquiries personally and respond within 2-3 business days.
For current clients, all communication takes place through Practice Better.
-
Yes. While our programs are private pay, many of our clients choose to use third-party payment options such as Afterpay, Klarna, or Affirm to make the investment more manageable for their lives.
These services allow clients to break the cost of care into smaller, scheduled monthly payments based on their own preferences and eligibility.
We believe access to support matters, and we encourage clients to explore options that feel financially sustainable, without compromising the quality or continuity of care.
(Availability and terms are determined by the payment provider.)
